“Being the race director for the Indy Pro 2000 Series, and with some of the impacts that COVID has had with the series, we found ourselves operating on a standalone basis for select events. For those events, RaceTrack Engineering has been critical in supplying us replay capabilities and the personnel to handle it. It's been great, and we couldn’t officiate the races to the level we can without them.

“Getting the camera placement where we need it is crucial, and RTE works very closely with us to position those cameras. What's great is they have the ability to work on the fly and be adaptable to our needs, while being very easy to work with in the process.  Their personnel all work hard, and they have good operators to run the system so we can find a replay quickly and make decisions quickly.

But with RTE, I am extremely comfortable with their knowledge and their understanding of where to place all of the cameras around the racetrack. I don’t even need to be there to explain or ask them to place cameras in certain positions.  With their wealth of knowledge and experience, I can walk into race control knowing that the system is always set-up as you would want it.
